  1. Hope your infection is gone! You're a day ahead of me with hcg. When my health got bad with chronic pain issues (well that and hubby losing his job), I packed on 35lb and have gone up and down but always keeping at least 25 of that on.....this protocol seems most difficult for me on my highest pain days as I want comfort food. I decided my new comfort food is skipping my fruit and having cabbage, tomato and lean beef with lots of spices....its alot of food, yummy and hit that comfort spot!! Hoping to learn more things like that so once I lose I can maintain those losses.....once I give into sugar it can lead to way too long off lowcarb and quick gains so it will be rare for me (I'd love to say never but not sure thats possible?).
