Well...it's not a good feeling when you follow protocol (I even ate broccoli at lunch) and then blow it later in the day. My husband grilled a steak for me for dinner, and it tasted weird to me so I did not eat it. Instead, while helping my daughter with homework, I mindlessly snacked on pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
