First of all...darn me.  I ate a 730p dinner of cottage cheese and then sneaked a cookie right before bed.
Then darn the scale.  It was on 192.6 and seemed to settle there but then jumped to 193.0, skipping 192.8?
Oh well, I'll take what I earned.

Here's proof that this plan works when you do it right (or doesn't work when you do it wrong).  I was ill yesterday, VERY lethargic and nauseous.  All I could get down was an apple and a heaping tablespoon of cottage cheese to try and get some protein in me.  Only down .2 today and I doubt that was enough time for my body to go into starvation mode.  Anyway, still lethargic but I think I'll be able to stay on track for eating today.  It is a GORGEOUS day today and I wish I had enough energy to do some outdoor things:  the lawn desperately needs mowing, I need to divide some iris bulbs as well as transplant many of my flowers to a different area, trim trees....overwhelming.  I was also lined up to volunteer at our local Light the Night Walk for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  They will have great weather for it!

Dang-I guess I'm done with week one so normally start to slow down a little.  However I was expecting to come home and have steak for dinner, but my husband had eaten it already.  Decided on eggs which may have been a bad choice since I think I've had them two other times this week.

Later that day....darn it!  I was planning on having Sundays be my "no hcg day" but I forgot to inject today, so I guess Thursdays will be THE day.  Not a big deal, but i thought Sundays would be a good day if I was feeling some urges to sneak something while not getting a fresh dose of hcg in my system.  I know it stays in your system for 2 days or so, but I just figured it would happen to me if it was going to happen to anyone.
The good thing is that I've had no adverse affects or cravings.

started out with stepping in dog urine, followed by my necklace breaking and spilling beads all over the floor, my curling iron failing, being pulled over on the way to work for tinted windows (AGAIN) and a call from the school nurse. Nuff said.

I am in desperate need of a new bra or two.  Not only because the ones I have are a bit raggedy (nice word, huh?) but a little bit big.  I need to hang on for another week or two if I can.  It's the one thing that is driving me nuts right now.
Oh and I think I've figured out why I was getting bruises from my injections in previous rounds.  I was starting with the needle almost all the way in, but then as I injected, I'd pull it out a little bit, so I suppose it was injectin too close to the top layers of the skin.  After 5 injections this round, so far no bruising.  YAY
