So...guess what arrived in the mail yesterday?   Back in November, I placed an order for a cookie club from my FAVORITE sugar cookie bakery.  Cheryls Cookies.  Enough said?  I got turned onto them when a co-worker brought in some cookies that her mother had sent for Halloween 3 years ago.  I've been ordering consistantly ever since.  In any case, this cookie club sends out a box of cookies 6 times during the year near holidays.  BAD TIMING they are very difficult to resist.  I put them in the freezer hoping to ignore/forget them.  My husband and daughter have not forgotten about them.  (sigh)
Last night I had 3! gasp!  Knowing that I cannot resist, I've made a deal with myself.  I've decided that I will allow myself ONE a day and near the beginning of my day so I'll have a better chance to work it off.  I'm crossing my fingers.

Frustrating.  I believe this is from Friday's crash and burn(?)  Yesterday I was very close to complete protocol, so hopefully my weight will drop back down quickly.  I was so excited to get up today and weigh in because I knew how well I had eaten yesterday, plus I had been up a couple of times in the night to go to the bathroom, so I figured I wasn't holding onto any water weight.  It was such a disappointing morning.
Today is a new day.

Crash and burn yesterday.  After asking my husband how  he'd been doing, and hearing that he was cheating a lot, I guess that gave me an open to do some cheating of my own. Will probably see that for tomorrow's weigh in.

Energy zap again today.  The good thing is that it does get better throughout the day, but I thought I was going to faint after walking up the stairs this morning. 

I forgot to mention that I started taking thyroid hormone replacement almost two weeks ago.  Crazy (and different) headaches for a while but I think I'm past it.  After I made the decision to start, we did another blood draw to have a fresh baseline, and the results were even worse than 3 months ago.  So I know I made the right decision.

Today is the Day of Inquiries

Total drain of energy today.  Tomorrow has got to be better.  Does anyone know the lowest amount of hcg a person should be taking?

Our dog has been drinking a LOT of water lately.  Anyone know what that means?
Needless to say I was up in the middle of the night to answer her barking, "I need to go outside!  PLEASE!"

Does anyone know why a person (me) would have the need to shake their leg almost constantly when they are sitting?  I've been doing it for months but it's really starting to bother me (and my daughter).
