Oops, miss 2-3 days of posting and I'm all of on my numbers.  I think this is right though.  This morning I learned a tidbit about steak days...if you can't do it immediately following a weigh in above LIW, then you must consider the very next day's weight your NEW maintaining weight.  So that would be 209.

I'm typing this on Wednesday with a short memory of how it really all went down (or should I say up).  I know I weighed in at 211.0 on Monday morning, but did I really jump that much 2 days in a row?  Anyway,
211.0 should have put me at a steak day.  But since I wasn't prepared to do it Monday, and Tuesday was a day trip to Fargo (total of 8 hours driving) with my Mom and sister, I thought I would do a steak day on Wednesday.

Today's weight loss proves to me that not eating after 6p works for me.  I think the last thing I ate was at 5:30.  I WAS hungry when I went to bed, but...then I fell asleep.  :o)

Considering what I've been eating (some off protocol) I'm amazed that I'm staying so close to LIW.  We really need to start exercising which we've neglected throughout this whole process so far.  I know there were very few days is P2 that I would've had the energy to exercise, but now I need to get my butt moving!

The plan is to eat just slightly different than P2.  I did bring a little container of spinach dip, green grapes and pickles.  I'll also be eating an apple or two and crab/white fish.

I made spinach dip and parmesan cheese crisps.  Of course taste testing as I cooked and stirred.  I ended up having severe gas cramps and terrible diarrhea.  Later I went to bed with crazy tightness in my chest and stomach.

I'm a little worried about gaining today.  I'm staying on protocol but since I hardly ate anything yesterday, I have a feeling I'm going up.  BUT, I will say I'm so glad to be done with the injections for a while.  It seemed every time I injected, it hurt and I got a bruise from it.  So at any given time you can see 5-6 bruises surrounding by belly button.  SO, tomorrow, Friday and Saturday will still be VLCDs, but on SUNDAY!
I cannot wait.  First up will be pickles.

Snack:  Coke zero 12 oz, 2 fiber bars (thank God they worked)
Dinner: 4 baby dills

Can't believe I lost 1.8 yesterday!  I thought those days were over.  I've been having "crazy legs" and slight leg cramps at night so I took some potassium today.  It keeps me awake longer than usual.  I'm still hungry quite bit.  I don't think I've ever had a day where I wasn't.  I'm still using about 30 units (just a little more than) daily.
I came home from work ravenous....and ate 100g (10 slices) of hard salami.  boo

So, wah! Last night I cooked Kraft mac and cheese for my daughter and couldn't resist the powdered cheese packet. I ate the WHOLE packet and had to open another box to get another packet for the mac and cheese!! WTH? I'm so bloated...my face is puffy, my jeans aren't as loose and I am soooo tired. Plus I burned my face with my curling iron to top it off. Oh, and my injection site hurts today.
